Shoto stilled, panic slowly returning to his shoulders. He picked it up with shaking fingertips, almost like he was afraid of it and stared at it in disbelief. He could feign ignorance and lie to himself; telling himself that this was the delayed result of a quirk accident, but he knew better. He would be a fool to dare lie about what this was.

“Kacchan! Oh my God – y-you’re bleeding!” Izuku’s voice was high-pitched, obviously alarmed, as he landed on his knees beside the Kacchan in question.
“Fucking, obviously-” Katsuki spit venom in his strained voice, speaking through clenched teeth as he squirmed, unsure of how to settle the pain.
Izuku tugged his shirt off, grabbing and stabilizing Katsuki’s thigh, trying to pry the athlete’s bloody hands from it.“Kacchan, let go, I need to make a tourniquet and we need to-!”
“Fuck you, get away from me. I ain’t letting you do a damned thing,” he wouldn’t sit still.
“This is my job as a student trainer, Kacchan, no one is around! You’re spilling blood, please just let me help you!”

“Yeah, sure. We can make out and shit.” Is this his big grand gesture? Lame. And here he thought the nerd was trying to give him a challenge.
“Noooo… I meant…… down there.”
Katsuki follows Deku’s line of sight as it goes from his mouth to neck to stomach to oh god. With eyebrows shooting up his skull, he chokes on his own spit but recovers just as quickly. His voice is parched when he asks, “In my butt?”

Deku is a fucking disaster of a human being.
Katsuki knows this, and yet he lets himself get dragged into a months-long fuck-buddies situation with his childhood best friend just because he mistook that platonic friendship bracelet for a confession. So, the only logical thing left to do is swing him by the dick till he spills his guts.
Can Deku hurry up and come … clean with his feelings already, goddamnit?

“Deku, look in the fucking mirror.” Katsuki’s voice held an uncanny amount of fear in it. Izuku had never heard such a confident boy sound so disturbed before.
“Kacchan, wha–” Izuku felt his heart drop to his stomach.
The boy in the mirror staring back at him was not the reflection Izuku knew. No, this couldn’t be happening. His curly green hair had been replaced by blonde tufts and in the absence of those large, expressive green eyes, layed a pair of thin red ones. His freckles and natural tan had disappeared for a paler more muscular body. But this body wasn’t his. This body was Katsuki’s.
