They first appeared to Nirei in shadows and flashes of yellow and white. He can not see their face or their body so he does not know exactly what they are, but he knows they are evil. The presence rejects everything in the church. It hisses at his Bible, runs when the priest brings out the holy water, and growls at his rosary.

Summary
Nirei hums and writes that down in her notebook. How that could be useful information, she’ll never know. She’s pretty sure 80% of Nirei’s notebook is just filled with random facts about people, and the other 20% is stuff about fighting. “Then,” Nirei says, looking up once she’s finished writing, “can I try doing your makeup?”
Sakura’s eyes widen in shock. Nirei…doing her makeup? Getting close to her, to her face, staring at her for a period of time and concentrating only on her? Her face flushes at the thought.

Summary
He never expected to meet anyone in Haruka’s life that wasn’t in Furin. Of course, everyone in Akihiko’s life outside Furin has been charmed by him almost immediately. His father loves how polite Haruka is, and his mother adores how open-minded he is. His grandparents on both sides also think he’s the cutest thing ever, outside their own grandchildren of course. Haruka has become so loved by his family. He wants to be loved by this important person in Haruka’s life too.

Summary
Sakura had friends now - not just in school but at home too. After Keel, after getting sick, after everything with Endo and Takiishi, it was nice not only to have people he could count on, but a group of little fluffy creatures waiting for him at home who seemed to like and care about him. When he got sick, the orange cat and some of his friends stayed with him the whole night his fever spiked. And when he got injured fighting Endo, the cats stayed in or near his futon as he slept the day away.
The cats have become special to him, and he thinks he’s special to them.
