Summary
Three years have passed since the infamous UA Seige incident. In that time, Tenko Shimura, now christened Tomura Shigaraki, has been doing well for himself, with his band of cutthroat thieves, killers and other villains. The Club, renamed to the League of Villains, has only expanded further in the time since their final bloody stand against All Might. With these expansions and a fairly consistent, if underwhelmingly slow, rate of progress, things are looking good for them, bad for society at large.
But things could not remain so quiet forever and when an old foe from years gone by re-emerges from the murky depths, Shigaraki and his comrades find themselves tied up in a world of government conspiracies, terrorist groups and an awful lot of murder in what may well become one of their bloodiest battles yet.
Note: This story serves as a sequel to the Villainy Club, also written by myself. Reading the previous story is not necessarily required for understanding the plot of this, but a lot of character relationships, arcs and plot points are built upon the events of VC, so reading that story is recommended, but not required.

Summary
Class S, at UA High School. Officially referred to as the Special needs and Education program. Generally nicknamed the problem class. A special government-funded program, allowing children with dangerous Quirks or with histories of concerning behaviour to enroll in UA. The program has a little over fifty students across all three year groups, all of whom are typically separated from the rest of the school community, with the exception of some events. Fifteen year-old Tenko Shimura is one such member of the program. A total loner, ostracized from society at large, Tenko's school days are not great ones.
But, unknown to Young Shimura, there are forces at work in the background. The armies of evil are arming, tensions are boiliing and at the head of it all, stands the man Tenko looks up to like a father, the only man who in his mind ever showed the boy any compassion.As things escalate and Tenko sinks deeper into the rabbit hole of villainy, will he manage to pull himself out for the better or is he set to emerge as something all new and terrifying for the world at large?
