Dexter hisses, a sudden intake of air sharply rushing through his teeth. His hand clumsily collides with Harrison's arm a few times before he manages to grasp a hold of it. "I'm okay," he says with a grunt, "I'm okay, buddy. I'm okay."
Logically, Harrison knows this. He knows he's pressing against a wound that doesn't bleed. But he can't stop.

Summary
Tensions mount after a break-up with Gigi and increased security at the hotel in the wake of Ryan Foster's murder mean that Harrison and Dexter have been sharing a bed for weeks.
When Dexter's fantasies begin to overwhelm him, he decides to go after a man who drugs and rapes his victims before murdering them, only to get dosed, himself. Escaping the man who drugged him, he goes home. When the drugs begin to take effect, he knows that he should get away from his son--for Harrison's safety.
