Summary
After all, Regulus had spent his last years feeling like a fucking leftover, the kind of thing no one really wanted but kept around because no one had the nerve to throw it away. So when Sirius got himself expelled yet again, dragging Regulus along for the fallout, he had no expectations. John Laird’s College was the only place willing to take Sirius despite his sinister file.
Or: Two brothers with a traumatic childhood and exactly zero emotional tools try to reconnect. Regulus accidentally makes friends, joins the football team, and ends up sharing a hotel room with James Potter, which goes about as fruity as you’d expect.
This AU explores grief, sibling angst, queer yearning and a bunch of other stuff that I felt like adding according to the experience I had being a teen.- Language:

Summary
He had wanted, just once, to land a hit. Feel something against the skin of his knuckles. Feel it hit back until he was seeing stars and connecting them into Canis Major, gripping the grass so he wouldn’t fall off the surface of the Earth. It would be fine, he’d thought, it was just once, and no one would have to know.
------In which Regulus Arcturus Black attempts to release his pent up negativity alone, in the woods, and ends up creating a fight club in the midst of a budding war.

Summary
Summer before sixth year.
Sirius was finally going to leave Grimmauld Place and his family behind. The Potters would take him in and help him start his new life. He wouldn't look back; not once.
He was sure that he was done with all of them.
Then his father does the unspeakable to the brother he thought he had stopped caring about and everything changes just minutes before he was meant to move on.

Summary
“Can I kiss you, again?"
The words are raspy and weak, and so, so very genuine.
Regulus sits and questions all his choices. While doing his best to turn a blind eye (though he only has the one) to the weird ache in his chest when he takes in the words, and focus more on the matter at hand.
"No," Regulus whispers. He shuffles on top of James, leaning closer. "What are you to do when the emperor passes?"
James' eyes widen, he lurches back. Head pressing further onto the pillows.
Regulus follows, the knife pressing harder into the skin, which stretches and pales under the pressure.
"Mourn him," James says simply.
Regulus raises a brow.
"And after that?"
Or,
Regulus is welcome back to court, one-eyed and vengeful, after a ten-year banishment under the edict that he and James marry. The problem is, well, that he rather despises James.Bookmarked by greenfstsrs
