Summary
Bradley Uppercrust III has followed his life by a set of rules. He's been crafted to perfection to be worthy of being his father's son. Perfect at everything he does, and look good while he does it. After the truth of what happened at the X-game competitions came out, Bradley becomes a ghost, slinking to the shadows where he once shined brightly.
In contrast, Max only became more popular. His life was good, despite the rising popularity having been strange getting used to. He wished for a normal sophomore year free of incident, but when Roxanne texted him one day that she was accepted to his school’s study abroad program and wanted him and the others to come with her to France with her mysterious best friend, his luck for a normal sophomore year went down the drain.
Nothing could have possibly prepared Max for the realization that Roxanne's best friend was actually Bradley Uppercrust the Third himself, and they would be spending an entire semester together abroad almost 5,000 miles away from home.
