He could feel everyone's burning gazes on him. This needed to conclude quickly, lest he make things worse, but he had no real solution in sight.

Damn it all, if only he could operate the teleporter on Will's gauntlet runner himself, he could have some of these managed in a matter of days.
At the behest of his king, Strohl finds himself more idle than he'd like in the weeks following the coronation. Armed with an unshakable desire to do more for him, and countless lingering doubts, he revisits an old fascination, one he hopes will aid in the goal of bringing lasting peace. Yet, as he delves into this new project, he finds those old wounds cut deeper than he realized.
