He realizes he's falling in love with George when Patches curls up in George's lap because she needs comfort from the storm. He realizes he's falling in love with George when George takes a sip of his tea, sat on the chair by the window, curled up with a pair of pajama pants and a loose t-shirt.
It’s not the most romantic way to realize, but Dream couldn’t care less.
Love is a beautiful thing, Dream thinks. It's not the whole fireworks and butterflies feeling, but it's still there, soft and warm and comforting as he stares at George like he holds the world. And maybe he does, maybe he holds Dream's world.
Yeah. That sounds about right.

George has finally moved in to Dream and Sapnap’s house. For the first few days all they did was stream, and on the first night they didn’t George and Dream decide to spend their time together, long after Sapnap’s fallen asleep.
It’s as comfortable as any of their sleep-calls together, and Dream relished in how close his best friend finally was to him.
But it turned out that George was a little too comfortable, and Dream couldn’t refuse him when he asked.
