The day James was taken was burned into his mind. The way the sun had glinted off the ocean as it rose, the sky a wash of pinks and oranges. He’d gone for a walk along the clifs, early in the morning. He’d wanted to see the sun rise, to clear his head. It was a warm day, no clouds in the sky, just a clear horizon that seemed to stretch on forever. He smelt the smoke from the camp fire and thought about the coffee he knew his father would be making and the pan bread he knew would be waiting for him when he got back to camp.

Tim Drake has survived being impaled, being Raas personal busy-body, several awkward identity crises (don’t ask), and being emotionally repressed enough to impress even Bruce. He thought he’d moved past the breakdowns and hallucinations...until Kon shows up, floating midair and very much alive. Or a ghost. Possibly a hallucination. Either way, it's not on the schedule.
