Seeing where Reo sleeps isn’t enough, Nagi Seishiro must gaze upon Reo’s unconscious face, maybe take a couple of pictures too. Part of Nagi’s mind wonders if perhaps it’s inappropriate to lay in the same bed as his beloved before they’ve actually married but he quickly pushes it aside.

But of course, the interpreter couldn't bring himself to say that, not if he wanted to make it out alive. If he told Reo the truth, he would probably start panicking and- and he’s seen the way Seishiro killed that bear with his own hands. It’d be better to just give him what he wanted—at least until they found a way to escape.Or: where reo, due to language barriers, doesn't know that he's being courted by seishiro.

Reo shakes his head and says, "It's okay, Nagi. It doesn't matter anymore."
"It does." I care about you. Nagi can't say it. It sticks in his throat and goes back down burning twice as much as it did coming up. He misses being able to look at Reo and have the other boy hear him loud and clear, even through the silence.

If my roommate wanted to move out so badly, why wouldn’t he just tell me?
I got kind of upset finding out, only because I thought the two of us discussed everything together. If he had a problem with me, he could at least try to talk to me about it before deciding to move out entirely, right? Even if it’s just so he can move out and buy a house for his girlfriend or whatever, I guess—couldn’t he at least talk to me about it instead of going behind my back?
The next morning, I was still upset, and it was a rare weekend that my roommate didn’t go out. So I asked him about it, sort of, and kind of insinuated that if he wanted to leave so badly, he might as well do it sooner than later. I didn’t mean for it to be rude, but in retrospect, it might have been unfair, especially the part where I told him I’d help with packing up. But I think I have the right to be a little upset, at least, right? AITA?

Their foot points outwards and Reo watches as the tip of their foot barely makes it in time to hit the phone.
