They say you can find and keep your balance on one leg more easily, if you focus on a specific point in space right in front of you. Your body can awkwardly wiggle and twitch, and the job of your brain is trying to stabilize it: that’s by holding onto a solid rock with your eyes, which will counteract your actions by rapidly moving, as well. Vision, ear organs and muscles work all together as one.
Nevertheless, Jimin has a special balance of his own.
