Despite not paying it much mind or having followed the story, he could tell that the moment was huge in the story and had probably been something the audience and the characters had been waiting for. The woman nods as her now fiance scoops her up into his arms, and Hinata ooohs and aaaahs, as the characters turn to kiss.
And there was something about that moment, that made Tobio start thinking about it for real. Of course, he'd thought about it over the years and he'd always arrived at the answer that he'd be happy to marry Shouyou, if it ever came to it. But now he wanted it so much.
