“Then prove it,” Jungkook says, just on the edge of begging. Later he’ll blame it on the empty bottle of soju abandoned on his night stand, or the liminality of 3 in the morning. They’ve shared countless drunken nights with each other and he’s never had the courage to ask for anything more, but that was before distance brewed this desperation in Jungkook’s heart.
Hoseok’s the moon hanging in the night sky, cold when his fingers graze the bare skin of Jungkook’s side, holding him like he’s just another star to keep him company.
“I thought you’d never ask.” His lips graze Jungkook’s mouth when they move, so close he can taste the desire on his tongue. It makes Jungkook shake pathetically.
It feels too good to be wanted by Hoseok, even when Jungkook knows it’s not as good as being needed.

Summary
Hoseok liking men isn't the problem, it's that Hoseok likes men and hasn't told Jungkook he likes men and now Hoseok has a man in his bed and Jungkook is listening to them, hearing all the pretty little noises Hoseok makes, hearing him moan and pant and whimper, hearing him talk dirty and giggle when he gets curses in response.
Hoseok liking men isn't the problem, it's that Jungkook is not the men that Hoseok likes.

Hoseok looks back and up, straining to study Jungkook's face, the flattering pinch of his brow, that downward pull of his lips, and oh. Oh no. He's pouting, but it's not in that cute childish way that makes Hoseok giggle sometimes. It's that way that makes him a little scared for his own wellbeing, because really, Jungkook could tell him to do anything while he's looking at Hoseok like this and he wouldn't hesitate to obey.
"Why haven't I experienced it hyung?" Jungkook asks directly, and Hoseok doesn't have an answer.

Jungkook spends a lot of his time reminding himself all the reasons he hates Jung Hoseok.
It's not hard to list them: It's his infuriating cockiness, the way he pushes all of Jungkook's buttons because he loves to see his composure slipping, how he welcomes himself into Jungkook's space and smiles at him with the brightness of the sun. Most of all, how the words "sweetheart" and "baby" and "boyfriend" sound rolling off Hoseok's tongue, and the knowing smile he gets when he catches Jungkook blushing.
The worst part of fake dating the person he hates is that he finds himself not hating these things at all.

This tiny little seed burrowed its way through his skin seven years ago, made a home somewhere in the space below his sternum. Before he knew it, there was a whole field of wildflowers sprouting up inside him, pollinating even the darkest corners of himself. That’s just how strong his love for hoseok has become, turning even the ugliest, wilted parts of jungkook bright and beautiful.

He’s well aware of how ridiculous it sounds. Vampires aren’t supposed to be real, and humans are most definitely not supposed to have all these soft fluffy feelings for them. They’re something to be feared, a creature of the night, just waiting to hunt down any poor unsuspecting human.
But to be fair, jungkook is pretty sure that everyone who has ever met jung hoseok has fallen in love with him. It’s the way he smiles so bright and laughs in a language that’s all his own, how as soon as he steps through the door, all the eyes in the room are tuned in to him. It’s the charming way he flirts like it’s in his nature and the way he listens to your stories like they’re the most beautiful songs he’s ever heard, with eyes wide and a constant curl at the corner of his lips. It’s the way hoseok is a vampire, but he’s nicer than any human jungkook has ever met.
