Pretty teal eyes, two pairs of them. One across the other, looking into each other with a dull gaze. They studied the features of the face in the mirror, looking out from behind curtains of deep purple hair. Those long eyelashes, pale skin dusted pink, lightly scarred bitten lips, the mole on its chin. Recognition set in as those blues returned to reality.
He didn't recognize himself.
