    泪如雨下 lèi rú yǔ xià
    Literally: One’s tears fall like rain.
    Meaning: 泪如雨下 is used to describe one who is crying profusely, his tears cascading.

    "Shen-shixiong, I am very sorry, but I am afraid there is nothing that can be done about the nectar. You have to wait until it runs its course and leaves your system on its own," Mu Qingfang says in an apologetic voice. Said voice would've been more believable if he didn't look like a parent who realized he needed to tell kids that their long-awaited ride to Disneyland was canceled.

    "I see," says Shen Qingqiu.

    And then he bursts into tears.

    Shen Qingqiu gets hit by a wife plot that forces him to cry everytime he experiences any strong emotion. It goes as well as you would expect...
