Summary
Three years have gone by since Josie lost her father to the hands of her best friend. Summary

It’s one of the reasons Asami fell in love with her, to be honest. She figures that’s why she’s so surprised when Korra begs her to pretend to be her girlfriend in an effort to impress her parents. Of course, she fought it and said no at first, but come on, this is Korra. Her stubborn, hard-headed “will never, ever take no for an answer” Korra…she knew she was doomed from the moment she first looked into those annoyingly clear blue eyes. But whatever, this was her best friend and if she’s happy, Asami’s happy. She’s been in love with Korra for nearly a decade now anyways. One summer of being a fake couple isn’t gonna change anything…right?
OR Fake dating AU where Asami is head over heels in love with Korra and agrees to pretend to be her gf to pacify Korra’s family like the people pleasing, masochistic sweetheart that she is :p
