Summary
It has been several years since the Battle of Crait, and an ascendant Resistance fleet hunts down the last vestiges of the once mighty First Order. As the end of the war approaches Rey and Kylo Ren both seek answers to questions about the past, and are not prepared for what the past has waiting for them.
This is a rewrite of Episode IX/AU. I had several goals in this rewrite. One was to obviously avoid some of the plot holes, poorly thought out additions to the lore, and general weakness of the story in Rise of Skywalker. Another was to write a version that did not go back on so much of The Last Jedi. A third, and probably most important, goal was to draw more connections between the final episode and the prequels. It takes account of Carrie Fisher's death and the some other constraints I have read the screenwriters were under.

Summary
They’d deliberated about the ship for a couple days.
Normally they would take the Falcon. But Chewbacca was concerned about Han coming out of carbon freeze, and thought they might need a better medbay. They also need something Revenant can live in for a couple days while he waits for everybody to come back from Jabba’s barge. In the end, Lando took the Falcon to Jabba’s, parking it at a distance, and they chose a newer ship. One small medbay, one bedroom with a bathroom. It’s sturdy enough to withstand a sandstorm, and nimble enough if they’re in a jam.
