    Sakura’s world was never the same when he came to Furin. It was so bright when he first entered, when he got to know the people, and it. . . it hurts. It hurts so much to know this is what he missed out on, but Sakura also hated it.

    He hated how easy it is to love. . . and to be loved. Why couldn’t they hate him? Why couldn’t they not like his existence? That would’ve surely been, should’ve been, an easier – pill to swallow.

    or sakura has a hard time understanding why furin likes him. why he deserves love because he was never told this, he was never wanted in the first place.

    "I-Is that so?" Sakura hadn't picked up on that, but it did make sense.

    "That must be it! As expected of Umemiya-san," Nirei agreed, jotting something down in his notebook quickly.

    It might just be his imagination, but Sakura seemed to feel faint waves of pride radiating from Sugishita's direction. What, so that guy's awake?

    "Then, Sakura-san?" Suo looked expectantly at him.

    Right—grade captain, organize activity. That's him.

    Sakura pointed at himself. "So I..? Have to..?"

    Or: Class 1-1 goes on an onsen trip.

    Summary

    Sakura has never been one to care for others, or at least that’s what he thinks of himself.

    But as he spends more and more time around Nirei and Suo, he finds it so hard to keep up the uncaring facade that he had built up over the years. Especially when the other two seem to care about him in a way that he has never had anyone care about him before.

    However, even if Sakura wanted to admit he cared about them, he wasn’t sure how.

    Actions do speak louder than words though, particularly to a guy like Sakura, so maybe it’s best he finds another way to express what he feels without saying anything.

     

    Or

     

    Words are hard, so instead the Furin Trio find a way to say ‘I love you.’ without actually saying it.

    His head hurt. A lot.

    That was the first though Sakura had when he woke up with a stuffed nose and itchy throat.

    It felt a lot like as if someone hit his head with a baseball bat. And he would know, having taken many a hit just like that in the past.

    Sakura groaned, turning to his side and closing his eyes again in vain hopes it would help to ease the pounding in his head.

    It did not help at all.
