Summary
"His thoughts were abruptly ended by the door to his room whipping open, a silver-haired boy rushing in. He seemed slightly out of breath, like he’d just run up a flight of stairs, which actually, he had. The bright blue-green eyes that darted around the room were lit up, and the hairs on his arms seem to stand up with excitement. 'Sora- Sora’s back. And he’s brought someone with him.'"
-originally created for a kh zine (worldsconnected) with a theme of "time"

“No shit,” Keigo wants to say. What comes out of his mouth instead is a hilariously grumpy sounding, “Meow.”

Summary
"Oh?" Dabi taunts in that flashfire voice of his; and Hawks is reminded, yet again, how easily he burns. "Tell me, what poor little bastard's gonna be riding your ugly-ass coattails for the next few months?"
Hawks frowns, realizing he's just set up a question he actually has to answer. Dabi will find out anyway, won't he? If there's one thing Hawks has learned, it's that Dabi has his ways. Hawks can never hide anything from him, no matter how hard he tries, a fact that will someday spell his undoing –– but there's no way around it now.
Willing his fight-or-flight instinct into silence, Hawks reminds his sharpened feathers he's not here for either. It'll be fine. The worst part of removing a bandaid is the dread before you rip it off. Right?
So Hawks braces himself, and answers:
"Todoroki Shouto."
---
Hawks' doomed flight towards the sun is thrown off-course when he receives a surprise request from Endeavor's son, asking to be his work-study student. And soon, Dabi's worst nightmare takes a new form when Shouto joins Hawks' obvious-as-hell spy mission, putting them in forced proximity -- only for him to discover that his father's perfect masterpiece is nothing like he thought he was.

Even now, these people wanted to make sure that Izuku was reminded that he was only playing the part of a hero, not actually being one. Izuku wasn't allowed access to heroism. Izuku was only an asset. A pawn. A tool for the Commission to use and abuse with no consequence to themselves.
Breathe in. Hold for Four. Breathe Out.
--
Midoriya 'Sasayaki' Izuku is stuck in his most difficult situation yet; in enemy territory with no way to escape the Commission or the chaos approaching from every side. When even those closest to him are asking him for the impossible, will Izuku be able to succeed in his newfound defiance?

Summary
When Todoroki Shouto was born, Endeavor wasn't the only elated one. Unbeknownst to the family, the Hero Public Safety Commission had keen interest in the boy born with chimerism and seemingly two quirks. All they had to do was wait for the perfect opportunity to take a closer look at the boy after his quirk awakened.
The opportunity turned out to be the night that Todoroki Rei poured boiling water on her own son during a mental breakdown.
_____________________What if the HPSC offered a deal to Endeavor when he was at the hospital while Shouto was being treated? How different would Shouto's life be and what potentials could his unique powers reach?
