Summary
“Hey, Bo. Do you like oranges?”
He watches as Bokuto chuckles at the sudden question, and he watches when he pauses to think. “Well,” the athlete says, “I don’t always eat it. I’m not big on tangy fruits, but I do like how it smells. It’s my favorite!”
Keiji hums.
“Do you like oranges?” Bokuto asks in return, and Keiji blames the alcohol—blames the cold and the numbness when he sputters an immediate response: “Yeah, I do.”
—
Akaashi Keiji is perpetually tired, just as how his to-do list doesn't seem to end. So, excuse him if he forgets to eat the protein bar, if he types on his laptop like a maniac—excuse him if he accidentally picks up the wrong jacket.

Summary
“Akaashi hated himself.
He hated the scars that decorated his hips and thighs, the same scars that he could never seem to let fade before having to make more. He hated the way he acted, the way he let people get under his skin so easily, especially his parents, he hated how he would never be good enough for them.
He will never be good enough.”
Akaashi struggles with his Bipolar depression and anxiety, it consumes his whole life and haunts his every waking moment.
Inspired by the song. (Tell me lover, do you love me)

Summary
Keiji is forced to move in with the father who abandoned him, stepping into a life that already is foreign, with a new family and an older half-brother he barely knows — living proof of his father’s betrayal. Struggling with anxiety, resentment, and everything he’s been carrying for years, he tries to keep his distance from it all.
That becomes impossible, though, because of his brother’s best friend — the school’s untouchable volleyball star. Rich, arrogant, and insufferable, he gets under Keiji’s skin like no one else. They clash constantly, neither able to stand the other.
And yet, somewhere in between all the tension and anger, Keiji finds himself drawn to him in a way he never expected. Falling for the one person he hates most forces him to face not only those feelings, but also the past he’s been trying to outrun.
*For those who have turned their scars into stars*

Summary
Tsukishima Kei lived by a singular life principle, “blend in, stay low, do not stand out”. Joining the special force was probably the last thing in his book which abided by his principle code. And getting tangled up with three peculiar individuals was definitely not in his rule book.
