“Granger,” he returns, paying her the same courtesy.
She steps closer and a small part of him relishes the fact he’s distracted her from what was evidently a single-minded pursuit.
“What’re you doing here?” she demands.
“In my shop?” He leans his hip against the counter and crosses his arms over his chest. “Commerce, I expect.”
