"Mm," Lan Wangji says. He raises his arms so that Wei Wuxian can keep undressing him. His clothes will end up on the floor, but no matter. Wei Wuxian's deft hands at his belts are worth wrinkled robes.
"... Goodness, Hanguang-Jun, you wear too many damned layers," Wei Wuxian tells him after a while. "Would it kill you to stop after a reasonable five?"

"You worry me," Lan WangJi tells him seriously. He puts his hands on Wei WuXian's knees for lack of a better place to put them. Wei WuXian places his own hands on top of Lan WangJi's, presumably to stop him from trying again to check his bandages.
"You don't need to worry," Wei WuXian says. "I swear I'm fine. I'll tell you if something feels off. You know me, I'm a huge crybaby whiner."
Lan WangJi frowns at him again. It's true that Wei WuXian can be a bit of a crybaby, but only about injuries that don't actually matter. When it's something important, like a ghost curse or a fundamentally unstable necromantic practice, Wei WuXian keeps it to himself. "Ridiculous," Lan WangJi tells him. Wei WuXian grins down at him.

A far better picture than Wei Wuxian sitting in a inn missing Lan Zhan with every breath after three weeks at Nie Huaisang’s whining about how much he missed Lan Zhan and yet not quite daring to do something about it; meanwhile Lan Zhan is being His Excellency and making the cultivation world hopefully better, but on his own, possibly missing Wei Wuxian as well. The evening Lan Wangji – Lan Zhan to friends, or rather friend, being all of one, being all of Wei Ying – accidentally overhears the heart’s desire of his heart’s desire is a cold winter’s day, the first snow falling outside.
“Brother Wei,” Nie Huaisang says cheerfully, another voice Lan Zhan knows far too well. “Still no luck getting Lan Wangji to Netflix and chill with you?”
Jiang Cheng makes a retching noise. Wei Ying makes a stuttering noise.
“I don’t….!” Wei Ying protests, but Nie Huaisang only laughs and Wei Ying stutters again and groans and sighs. “How do you know… I want to….”
Lan Zhan looks down at his hands, brow furrowed. Netflix and chill? Wei Ying wants to watch Netflix with him and relax? That is his heart’s desire? It sounds slightly odd, but Lan Zhan wants Wei Ying to have anything, everything, has since Wei Ying persistently annoyed his way into Lan Zhan’s heart when they were 15 and at school together and apparently, everything includes Netflix and chill with him.
Lan Zhan will make that happen.

Taehyung (at age 8) makes the mistake of getting Jungkook’s ring back. Jungkook kills his whole family and spares Taehyung to return the favor.
