Summary
Akira can't stop staring at Ryuji's text message. He falls asleep with the phone held to his chest. He dreams of a lightning storm on the violent sea, tattered red sails, skeletons with their hollow eyes and knobby spines and broken legs, a morningstar drenched in vantablack and gore, and he sleeps more peacefully than he has in his life.
In Maruki's perfect reality, he has everything he wants — including Akira, who has forgotten everything he was and everyone he knew. When Akira has a chance run-in with a boy named Ryuji, he struggles with the strange, undeniable magnetism they both share.
