This is the one where Shouta notices Jirou eavesdropping on his conversation with Hitoshi.
(Randomly thought of that scene during the Jirou/Tokoyami/Hawks fight against AFO and it bothered me so much that I couldn’t remember the exact fic that i literally paused the show mid-fight and spent 30 minutes scrolling through first the Aizawa & Shinsou tag + Jirou (didn’t work) and then the Shinsou tag + corporal punishment (for some reason, I thought it was an nsp fic, which evidently it wasn’t), before finally in a moment of enlightenment trying Shinsou + class 1-a, and having the sense of mind to not skip over this in my conviction that it was nsp. Can’t believe I genuinely keyword searched Jirou and eavesdrop individually through more than 30 fics halfway through watching the Final War Arc. What mental illness does to a bitch.)

I think this and okaasaan were the most ai unfortunately. I think all the 2025 onwards ones have some amount of ai. I guess it’s just enough real person to keep me reading but this one I really dragged myself through. The short cutscenes was also a dead giveaway, along with the lack of the parenthetical writing that this author seems to be prone to when they’re doing their own work.
