Summary
A series of (terribly) short vignettes of Tirzad and Samail. This takes place presumably months to a year after the events of the Golden Slumber, where everyone lives. Including Jebrael's resident stalker, apparently, who suddenly took an interest in the Vahumana researcher after losing to him in his own game. Sexual tension ensues.

Summary

What neither of them know is that someone else is also on the planet searching for the temple.
