Between the two there were many things they needed to work on, even when their relationship was as smooth as the caresses they loved to give to each other. Among the many thresholds they crossed and those they were yet to cross, a seemingly inane one stood unresolved.
For some reason, she was always "Princess" to him, but barely ever "Peach".

Summary
Many days had passed since the princess of the Mushroom Kingdom became part of the old, tired story between her, the beast and the hero. Despair and solitude fatigued her, history kept repeating itself, she became numb of the skit.
However, a conversation with the koopa king reminded her of it all. No matter how much she ignored it, or denied it, she was the damsel in distress.

Summary
Once every week, the princess of the Mushroom Kingdom would prepare herself to greet him, he who the castle retainers could only gossip was Peach's "Special One." Once very week, the plumber in red would make his way to Toadstool's castle to meet her, she who those close to him could believe was Mario's "Special One."
It's their routine, one that puts them a step closer to each other with each meeting. The castle balcony is their rendezvous and whatever happens there becomes a secret for them to hold close to their hearts."Balcony Meetings" is a collection of stories focused on the (pre)relationship between Mario and Peach and their feelings for each other. These stories are narrated in no particular continuity. (Some stories may not be featured in the castle balcony or feature either of them directly or engaging with each other).
