Kai and Nya are orphans living just a bit above being considered poor. Cole's a performer, Skylor's a respected assassin who wants a certain princess dead, and Lloyd's the Emperor's son who wants them ALL dead.
And poor Princess Harumi just so happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
