And living life is hard. Especially when you're doing it all on your own. But grief and love are a lot more similar than you might realise. They both tend to wake us up from the monotony of our lives.

Jacks read the ballad, just about everyone had. He couldn’t help but feel mocked by his story, it had been written wrong—not just flawed, but twisted into something everyone wanted to hear.
'The archer leaned low on his horse's neck, the rhythm of hooves pounding like a second heartbeat. Ahead, a flash of fiery fur slipped between the trees—the fox, always just out of reach. Branches clawed at his grey coat as he slipped through the narrow path. His golden hair was dusted with mud by the time he reached a clearing. The fox was still, its fiery eyes catching the light. It was almost as if it wanted to be shot.'
You don't have to read ouabh or Caraval to read this. Some things might be confusing though.

When the war against Viclian Clan gets bad, two enemy teams have to team up. Werewolves and Vampires. Two imposing teams on the same side. The only choice they have is to survive. To coexist with each other till the war is over. And yet for some reason Will seeks out Mike and Mike seeks out Will. In the darkness their relationships only starts to grow.

Will and Mike meet. Unfortunately stuck in a war with no way out. They start to talk and things end up well... you'll see.
