“Satoru, behave,” comes Suguru’s chiding voice from the kitchen.
Satoru gapes. “What?”
Suguru’s head pokes out. “Not you, I was talking to the cat.”
“The cat?”
The cat in question is staring balefully at Satoru. He doesn’t look half-bad—once dried out, his fur had fluffed up to nearly double its overall size, and with his eyes open, Satoru can see they’re an unusual shade of blue.
“Yeah,” Suguru responds, and there’s an unspoken obviously in his tone.

“Stop messing with it!” Megumi grunted, “In Jujutsu sorcery, if two people trace the lovers' triangle, it ties their souls together!”
No wonder pulling at the red string felt like pulling at his heartstrings.

Yuuji exhales a soft laugh as he relaxes, fingers threading back into Megumi’s messy hair, combing through the tangles with gentle care. “Missed me?”
Megumi’s answer is barely a word – just a muffled affirmative grunt against Yuuji’s skin, low and rumbling. His hand moves from where it had been resting on the mattress, sliding lazily across Yuuji’s side until his palm spreads flat over Yuuji’s stomach again, thumb tracing agonizingly slow circles there.
The touch is tender, comforting, an unspoken reminder: you’re here, and I’m keeping you here.

“Megumi asked me out today!” Yuji said, excitedly.
Sukuna made more gagging sounds.
“If you want to go on a date with Megumi, I’m coming too.” Choso circled the day on the calendar.
“Big brother!”
“I’ll sit at the table across from you.”
“No.” Yuji grabbed the marker and scratched out the circle. “You can’t come, that's embarrassing!”
“I won’t say a word.” Choso pulled out his phone as if marking the date as a reminder so he’d remember.
OR
Yuji has less than 24 hours to prove that Megumi is a good boyfriend to his big brothers. He doesn't know how he is gonna prove it to them yet, but he has some ideas.

Even though he knew it was coming he didn’t feel like the impact was lessened. He pushed his glasses up and rubbed his eyes. Just because he was somewhat attracted to Hinata-- he was objectively aesthetically pleasing-- didn’t mean it was a good idea. But on the other hand, Kei didn’t know when he’d ever meet someone who was both gay and willing to kiss him again.
So, against his better judgement, he said, “Sure, why not.”

“And what am I supposed to do with this, then?”
“You can throw it away for all I care,” Keisuke told him in his normal tone.
“What am I supposed to do with this then, Baji-san?” Chifuyu signed.
“Throw away or whatever,” Keisuke said and just by his tone, Chifuyu knew he was putting an end to that conversation, “Next time, don't let them use you as a homing pigeon. You should follow my orders only and not anyone else.”or, where baji and chifuyu fall in love, but dance around each other for years on end, (also there are some letters, things are burned and eventually more than one confession is made).

“Mention what to the others?” Suga’s voice came as the rest of his teammates filtered into the locker room.
“Nothing-” Shoyou started, shrugging his shirt on, but not before Tanaka could shout in tandem, “His loveeeebites!” with a mischievous wiggle of his eyebrows.

It causes Oikawa’s chest to pang with sympathy.
“…” Oikawa swallows hard, glancing at the bracelet Hinata always wears, only now realizing those are the scent blockers he should’ve noticed. Betas don’t need scent blockers in the first place because of how subtle their scents are.
Then he exhales a low breath, and he moves his eyes to meet Hinata’s again. “Do you trust me?”

Summary
Keiji Akaashi lost his hearing at the age of eight due to a car accident that caused a blood clot, forcing him to rely on lip-reading.
Only the volleyball coach knew of his deafness until Koutarou Bokuto confessed his feelings. Akaashi told Bokuto the truth, but Bokuto revealed he had already noticed the condition and had discreetly confirmed it with the coach beforehand.
They later married, and when Akaashi was 23, Bokuto arranged for the long-postponed ear surgery. Akaashi requested that Bokuto’s voice be the first sound he heard after the procedure.
