Summary
They were in a new Hyrule.
It wasn’t a surprise: they had been to plenty of Hyrules before all 9 of them were gathered, and there were all the in-between eras with no hero that they frequented. But something about this land felt different than the other eras they visited. When the Chain asked around the nearest town, it seemed as if there was simultaneously both a hero and no hero.
OR
The Chain is in a new Hyrule, but the hero of the land is unlike any they’ve ever seen.

Maybe he’d get to know who “Deku” really was, and why Katsuki was so insistent about getting information about him from All for One before the execution.
