Even after all this time, Jason couldn’t say he knew everything about him. He liked that, actually. He liked that there was always something else to discover. Another anecdote, another scar, another favourite or hobby. Nico was a world he never got tired of exploring.
rosegoldblood remains one of the greats in jasico fandom. a really sweet and hilarious friends to lovers fic. can be read and understood as a standalone, but when it comes to this author's fics, why skimp out on context? you don't do that!

a crushing story about identity (and the loss of it) and love and ownership. two people stripped of their humanity in differing ways but still connecting.

It should have been perfect. She would run into his arms and he would hug her and it would all be okay. But for whatever reason, rather than the long heartfelt thoughtful speech Piper has spent months perfecting, the first thing out of her mouth was simply, “What the actual fuck.”
perhapspearl is the kind of fanfic writer who knows how to pack so much feeling into a one shot that you can't help but feel yourself become absorbed by the narrative. the characterization of leo and piper here is peak! if you love penelope/odysseus, give this a shot!
