Summary
This time, it’s Raylan that hesitates.
He doesn’t have time, in the moment between the gun being fired and the bullet hitting his chest, to think about why that is. It’s certainly not any misplaced affection for Arlo, it’s certainly not a lack of ability to beat him to the draw. If he’s honest, he thinks he just didn’t believe Arlo would actually pull the trigger.
Arlo shoots Raylan, and Boyd realizes he needs to change his priorities.

“What happened?” Raylan asks.
“Whaddya mean?” Boyd slurs, reaching up to swat aimlessly at Raylan’s face. Raylan studies him, his dilated pupils, the lax expression on his face, his purposeless hands. He feels all over Boyd’s scalp for bumps, bruises or blood, but doesn’t find anything. He thinks back to the two glasses on the bar, the bloodied bottle on the floor.
“Did he put something in your drink?” Raylan asks, his voice so tight it shakes.
Boyd’s eyes focus on Raylan’s face and he grins, a big dopey smile on his bloodstained face. “Raylan Givens,” he says with satisfaction. “You here to lock me up?”

Grantaire is taken aback at first. There’s no way that’s actually Enjolras standing in front of the milk. But it definitely is, wearing a sweater that is most likely Combeferre’s—judging by the way it almost reaches his knees—with his hair in a half-attempted bun and honest-to-god glasses on his nose.
He blinks, like maybe it’ll take away what has to be a fever hallucination—because he’s about one hundred percent sure Enjolras has never stepped foot in a grocery store before in his life. Then, because Grantaire has a tendency to not know how to shut his mouth ever, he blurts out, “Enj?”

If there was one person, just one, who would be a glitch in the system, of course it would be Éponine Thénardier. Of fucking course.
Soulbonding was a fact of life. You met your soulmate, and that was it, you were soulbonded and you got your tattoo. Or that's what Éponine had always thought, until she soulbonded with Marius and he didn't soulbond with her.
Grantaire would rather just pretend he'd never soulbonded with anyone in the first place. Especially not with the idealist who was leading a campaign against soulbonding laws and refused to look at his own soulmate tattoo in protest.

Summary
Grantaire spends longer examining Enjolras’ apartment than Enjolras’ body, which is something he will never admit to anyone for as long as he lives. He almost jerks himself off in the shower, just to see what Enjolras looks like when he’s hard and desperate, but he can’t convince himself that it would be an okay thing to do. Does it still count as a sort of sexual assault if the body isn’t his and he doesn’t have permission?
He can’t resolve it, so leaves it alone and goes to his own apartment to see if Enjolras is in his body, and finds him having a panic attack.
Enjolras and Grantaire wake up in each other's bodies, and while Grantaire marvels at how free and confident he suddenly feels, Enjolras adjusts to being in a body that cringes away from unfamiliar situations and struggles to find an optimistic side to anything.

Left to his own devices Grantaire will stay asleep until mid-afternoon. Enjolras has too much work to do to deal with the distraction. But he’s hard and that’s a distraction until it goes away. He rolls over and fits himself to the naked slope of Grantaire’s back.
Grantaire stirs only minimally. The flutter of eyelashes shows that he’s minimally awake.
“Can you go again?” Enjolras wants to know.
