“You’re burning,” he says, his knuckles grazing against Sigma’s forehead. Although dizzy, Sigma’s head tells him to follow the touch until it leaves for good. When Kunikida pulls away, he groans and resists reaching out. Kunikida sees this and takes it as him being in pain.
“Have you taken your medicine?”
“The…” Sigma clears his throat then continues, attempting a stronger tone of voice. “The medicine. Yes, I have.”
Or: Kunikida takes care of Sigma who has a fever. Sigma tries to let it happen.

Summary
Atsushi breaks into Akutagawa's apartment after receiving a tip from Dazai that something might not be right. As always, Dazai's correct - Akutagawa is sick, injured and not looking after himself at all, so Atsushi puts himself up to the task to take care of him until he's better, but just when he thinks he's getting better, he gets worse.
