Summary
King Julien looks at the zoo every day, and sometimes he remembers his people and his kingdom. One day, he is taken to a place that calls itself "Animal Restoration", that it would be a psychiatric center for animals. King Julien, however, doesn't think he's in any trouble, and keeps finding ways to get out of there. The Penguins, specifically Skipper, are worried about Julien and gather his soldiers to go rescue Julien. And Maurice and Mort decide to call on old friends to give them extra strength,because that place is known for not be able by any animal to escape.

Skipper has served five years of a fifteen year sentence. He has studied the prison’s outline and the officers’ routines. If only he was smart enough to execute his plan.
Kowalski has been caught embezzling millions of dollars and has served six months of a twenty five year sentence.
Rico has in and out of prison for most of his life, and he’s served twelve years of a life sentence for murder and theft. Most people, including the officers, is afraid of him.
Private claims to be at wrong place at the wrong time and is now serving a twenty year sentence.

Summary
When Kowalski's latest invention brings to light how Skipper and King Julien truly feel for one another, it causes a rift between them that might just take the entire zoo's population (and a fair bit of scheming) to mend.
Or: Skipper and Julien are in denial, Kowalski is annoyed, and Private just wants everyone to be happy.
