Summary
Nifft Mercar was told to lay low by his fellow shadow dragons. So, what made him agree to help Varric hunt down an Ancient Elvan God? Especially one that he wasn't entirely sure he believed was a god, let alone the Dread Wolf. He'll never know. Now he is in a race against time when the plan to stop Solas goes array. He must gather allies while fighting not only their personal demons, but his as well. This is a telling of Veilguard circling around my male, elvan rogue. *Disclaimer: I do not own any of the charcters or plot of the Dragon Age games and/or its affiliates. This is purely fanfiction with parts of my own imagination sprinkled in. There will be some dialogue from the game as well.*
