Chicca lo guardò per un attimo, interdetta e genuinamente colpita dalle sue parole.
Poi sorrise e raccolse un pugno di sabbia.
“Ma che paura, Mattè,” rispose. “non ce pensa’ mo’, pensace quanno siamo grandi. Teniamo solo 17 anni e tanta felicità da vive’, dobbiamo spegne er cervello mo’, sennò quanno lo facciamo più? Non è er tempo della paura, questo.”
E così dicendo, lasciò che la sabbia scivolasse dal suo palmo.
