That’s honestly what he thought it would be. Until Jisung starts singing.

Summary
“You know I’d be by your side no matter what, right?” Minho whispers.
Minho’s eyes are full of vulnerability and trust, an unusual sight that Jisung doesn’t want to ruin. He stares at Minho, using all of his willpower to keep his face blank. Would Minho stay if he knew who Jisung truly was?
Jisung nods, glancing at his feet before blinking back up at Minho. “I know,” He murmurs. “And I’d be by yours.”
That, however, was the most raw and honest thing Jisung has said in a long time.
In which Jisung is a prince with a hidden identity, and Minho is a mere commoner. The kingdom is under attack, and there are far more secrets that they keep from each other than they bargained for.

Summary
“Why didn't you tell me?” Jisung asks softly.
“That my marriage was falling apart?” Minho speaks so glibly, like it’s no big deal; like he’s talking about bad weather or heavy traffic.
Jisung groans, a little annoyed that this is how his concern is being met; but then he pulls back and considers—this is just how Minho is. How Minho always has been. He doesn’t like when people fuss over him, and he prefers keeping his problems to himself. Back in the day, Jisung knew how to penetrate his walls; he wants to think that he still does.
“Who wants to talk about a failing marriage, Jisung-ah?” Minho sighs. “We hardly see each other as it is—I’d rather have fun when we meet up. Wouldn’t you?”
in which: Jisung and Minho reconnect after Minho ends his marriage, and long buried memories, feelings, emotions, come bubbling up to the surface.

“I’m just curious,” Jisung insists. He fidgets on the bed, pressing harder against the cool wall at his back. The words feel wrong in his mouth, like chewing on grains of sand. Like a lie. “Can't a guy be curious about his friends' sex lives?”
Changbin flicks his forehead with aggression that Jisung thinks is wholly unwarranted. “You deserved that,” Changbin informs him and smiles, an awful, knowing smile that makes Jisung instantly uneasy. “Is that what's eating at you, that you’ve never had Minho-hyung like that? Being his self-proclaimed soulmate and favourite person in the world isn’t enough, is it? You want all of him to yourself.” Changbin tsks, wagging a finger at him. “Greedy, greedy Hannie.”

Summary
It takes him longer than it should have till he realizes, and he only does realize it when an 8 a.m. class forces him to wake up much earlier than he ever wants, and his sleepy eyes find Minho in the kitchen.
He probably needs pancakes with that coffee.
As Jisung eats away his pancakes with extra chocolate under Minho’s watchful eye, it crashes on him.
He can read minds.or: After a weird day and a thunderstorm, Jisung develops the ability to read minds. As he starts hearing Minho's thoughts, he realizes there's a lot more beyond what his best friend's casual teasing front lets on.
