Sorry about the cornball title. If I think of a better one, I'll change it.
You're not fond of people. You know the statistics and see the evidence of evil all around you in the world. So you move to the woods, where you've always felt the most at peace. It's perfect: a quaint little cabin just a short hike away from Crystal Lake, but far enough from the notorious campground that you shouldn’t be disturbed by whoever disregarded the local legends to party it up on the shores of that lake.
You have heard those legends yourself: a killer stalks these woods. The vengeful soul of a boy who had drowned and then came back as a man, or rather as an unstoppable force that kills all who dare step foot in his territory. Jason Voorhees, they call him, and he kills to avenge his Mother and the child that he’d been, choking and struggling at the bottom of that lake while the camp counselors in charge of his safety looked the other way.

Summary
Surprisingly, Vilkas was the first to start wearing the amulet. Farkas followed soon after. After a few weeks of wearing the damned things, their proposal was more or less ignored by the object of their affections- which left the wolves' frustrations quickly becoming unignorable demands. In the recent weeks, the creatures were alarmingly more present in each brother's conscious thoughts, leaving the twins strained in their own ways.
To their beast's blood, it was simply unacceptable that the wolves hadn't yet been introduced to their chosen mate. The wolves insisted she might recognize them as hers if they were to show themselves. While camped away from the world, the instinct to come forth and greet her becomes too much to bear and Tsala finally gets a proper introduction.
