   Summary

   Vought has fallen. Supes are being hung up by mobs on the streets. There is barely any control over the angered citizens, and a terrified, depowered Homelander is constantly running as fast as he can, from the crowd that once worshipped the ground he walked on.

   Billy Butcher finds him in the fray. Homelander begs for his life, and he shows mercy.
