Summary
After the complete debacle of Nine Eyes (and Bond leaving, but that is, like, fine, really, who cares, not the Quartermaster!), Q is determined to prove surveillance can be more targeted and less dystopian Big Brother.
A story where Q is just FINE ta muchly, Eve is a menace, Bill Tanner is just trying to keep everyone fed and Bond is trying to figure out how to friendship.
Absolutely nothing can go wrong here.
