Summary
Wednesday rose slowly, with that infuriating elegance that made it seem like she floated instead of walked. She circled the desk and stopped right in front of Enid, eyes locked onto hers.
“Do you have claws, Sinclair?” she asked, her smile more threat than charm.
Enid lifted her chin. “Sharper than you think.”
“Good,” Wednesday whispered, leaning in. “I like claws—sharp ones.”
Enid blinked. Her heart lurched. Her breath hitched for a second. She hated it. The way Wednesday unraveled her with a single phrase. A single look. That damn smile that always seemed to know exactly what it did to her.
Or... Enid Sinclair had been promised in marriage to Wednesday Addams since she was old enough to understand what the word “bride” even meant. The union of Nevermore’s two most influential families would be the perfect political marriage — at least for everyone except the brides themselves.
There was only one tiny problem: how do you learn to love someone you spent your whole life believing you should hate?
Except… Enid never truly hated Wednesday.

Summary
“You’re quiet today…” Jim said softly, almost respectfully, as if he didn’t want to break the moment.
“It has been a long day,” Spock replied, his voice steady, though he felt the slight tightening in his chest that always surfaced in situations like this. Emotions were… inconvenient. Even so, there, beneath that warm light, they became difficult to ignore.
Jim leaned in a little closer, reducing the distance with calm confidence. “Long days usually call for good company.”
The comment drew out a charged silence. Spock looked away for a moment, focusing on the candle flame, watching the way it wavered—unstable, alive, dangerously beautiful. When he met Jim’s gaze again, he noticed the smile before him had softened, as if there were something more there than provocation… there was care.
Or... which Spock has ended his relationship with La’An, and Jim decides to take his friend out to dinner as a way to cheer him up—except that Spock can’t stop thinking, not even for a moment

Summary
Wednesday turned to her, eyes fixed. There was something different on her face. Jaw tense. Breath held. As if she were fighting an internal battle.
“I asked… if you have a date for the ball.”
Enid shook her head, still in shock. “No.”
Wednesday hesitated. She took a deep breath. And then, in a voice lower than usual, she asked:
“Would you like to go with someone in particular?”
Enid didn’t answer. Her mind had become a blur. She couldn’t believe this was happening. That Wednesday Addams was asking that. To her.
Or... Enid Sinclair had never been brave or confident, hiding behind timid smiles and insecurities. Then she met Wednesday Addams, who didn’t ask permission to exist. And suddenly, Enid realized there was no way to avoid falling for her. -

Summary
Hester approached, sitting beside Enid with a conspiratorial air. “So, little wolf… what are you to her?”
Enid froze. The question hit like an arrow. She looked at Hester, then at the door through which Wednesday had exited.
“I… we’re friends,” she said, a little awkwardly. “We’ve been through a lot together. And she… she’s important to me.”
“I noticed that,” Hester said, her gaze sharp. “But what are you to her? Because, honestly, I’ve never seen my granddaughter like this with anyone. Not even her own family.”
Enid bit her lip, her heart racing. “Maybe… maybe I’m someone she chose. And that’s already a lot coming from Wednesday.”
Hester smiled, satisfied with the answer. “Yes. That’s a lot.”
Or… Wednesday manages to bring Enid back to human form, and they spend some time at Hester Frump’s mansion while Enid recovers. Feelings inevitably surface.

Summary
“Do you remember me?” Hob asked at last. “Even if it’s just in pieces… do you remember me?”
Dream nodded slowly.
“Not everything. But the feeling is here.” He placed a hand over his chest. “Like a thread pulling me toward you.”
Hob stared at that gesture. Felt his chest tighten.
“I loved you,” he said. And the sentence dropped between them with the weight of a century.
“Maybe I still do.”
Dream didn’t look surprised.
In which the new Dream and Hob have a long-awaited conversation after centuries, and feelings are finally revealed.
This story contains spoilers for Season 2.
