Summary
It all started with an enchanted mirror...albeit, imperfect. Destroyed by Dark magic, somehow it managed to send one of its shards across the ocean to an unknowing young witch and another across the country to an unsuspecting young wizard. Never figuring out who the other is, they finish their school years in visual correspondence through the mirror fragments. Nearly 12 years later, it's been ages since they've communicated through the pieces as they seem to have disappeared. Until now, that is, when the very person that destroyed the mirror returns to destroy New York City.
