Summary
The sky has changed, almost all of the land is gone, and everything about living out at sea has changed. Izzy struggles to come to terms with this new reality as Edward chases down new, alarming and strange things, leading them to a group called the Wraiths who are looting ships and getting rid of all of the passengers and crew on board without bloodshed.
- Everything must have gone to hell, and he supposed, it was befitting that he was the first to be welcomed there. He was lashed to the mast, holding tight to the wheel, a storm howling and beating the side of the ship. Everyone else fell back to the belly of the ship, waiting out the rain, and hail that had started, leaving him to suffer the navigating. The hail pelted, sure to leave bruises, even through his leather, which was sure to need conditioning and drying after this night. Cold salt water flooded his boots and washed over his face. The waves were climbing ever higher, threatening to turn the ship. -

Summary
On a street in former Cardassia Heights is a building housing apartments, and on the bottom floor shops. One of these shops is a pizza parlor called Deep Dish 9. This narrative is a chronicle of some of the happenings on that street, mostly centering around a new medical student to move in, and a tailor who has been there since before the Bajoran diaspora moved in. With marginal planning, and probably a whole heck of a lot of chapters planned this story will unfurl to tell some sort of stories about affection, romance, irresponsibility, smuggling, ducks, and plenty more.
(Formerly place-named The Talking Pizza Parlor, and another entry into the many many amazing fics set in the Deep Dish 9 AU.)
I'm still planning for more of this fic, but have been dealing with a number of medical issues for the last half year. Due to the nature of this fic, I'm taking some time to recover and have some time not worrying about medical nonsense.

Summary
A year out of the marines and Lambert still feels at odds with the world. Connections don't come easy and he spends most of his days alone or at work, even doing his best to avoid his family. After everything that he had seen and the people he had known, coming back to the slow pace of civilian life seems wrong.
Alone in the world, reeling from the aftermath of his family issues, Jaskier decided to pursue a masters degree after all these years. It will keep him busy and, most importantly, take him far away from Lettenhove. It's a fresh start away from all the people who looked at him with disgust and distain when they should have looked at him with love.
The two are connected through the mutual need of cheap rent and a relationship with one Geralt De Rivia. As his slightly annoying brother, Lambert is first in Geralt's thoughts when Jaskier, an old friend from college, offhandedly mentions needing accommodations near Oxenfurt University. The pair make a begrudging (on Lambert's end) deal to room together, which may be exactly what the pair needs.

Redhead’s eyes widen comically as they finally snap to Jaskier’s. He quickly takes control of his expression, squinting at Jaskier as he bares his teeth. “Who the fuck do you think it is,” the man growls, slight color making its way to his freckled cheeks.
Jaskier’s brows furrow. That sounds like they should know each other, but Jaskier doesn’t recall anyone with such looks, maybe except for—
“Lambert?” he squeaks out, nearly falling off the bench.
