But despite this fact, it should be enjoyed. Even the little things that make this life of ours; the challenges, the wisdom, and the people.
But Narumi also learned another thing; he finds joy in these fleeting moments. The taste of cigarettes ─ which he claims he hates the most ─ from Hoshina's mouth, and the taste of strawberries from his own mouth, invading every space in his mouth and burning his throat. He should not enjoy it, yet he wants to stay a little more.

So it wasn't unusual for him to be awake at ungodly hours. Since Hoshina and he had been spending their nights together, falling asleep had gotten easier – but from time to time, it was still a matter of impossibility. And right now, not even the warm presence beside him could calm him down.
