After the disappearance of the titans, Levi lives in seclusion in the house he bought with Erwin. When Marley invades Paradis Island, some of the houses are requisitioned to accommodate officers from the enemy military. Levi decides to resist the Commander who occupies his house by keeping a stubborn silence.
