Its main weapon is a serum that makes selected humans smell like a werewolf’s mate, turning this handler officer into both a leash and a living hostage.
Captured werewolves are broken, drugged, collared, and forced into combat. Most of the time, this corrupted bond doesn't work, but the handlers are low-ranking soldiers, not important enough to be missed when the creatures lose control.
Oscar Piastri is selected to be the handler for the subject Norris-4.
