Zemo reaches to turn off the stove for the soup before sliding his hands up his chest and shoulders, gently starting to push Bucky back. “Come on then.”

“What the hell is that?” Bucky watches, skeptical, waiting for Zemo to reply. He doesn’t; simply shakes out his coat a little bit and scrapes his boots against the rug, hanging his coat at the door. Beside him is a two foot tall ball of golden fur, mouth open and panting.
Zemo turns to look at Bucky, then Sam, eyes narrowed. “A dog, James. I thought you knew what those were.”

Summary
"The Baron" is a household name in the high end fashion industry, his leading characteristic being the purple mask which hides his identity. Helmut Zemo is the man behind the mask, and he is looking for his next burst of inspiration. He comes to New York, ending up in Brooklyn.
Undercover, he goes to a small animal shelter in a quieter area of Brooklyn to get a look at some of the dogs. There, he finds an adorable Dalmatian and a volunteer with a similar gorgeous physique. There may be more to this trip than Zemo was intending, but will it lead to his next fashion hit or perhaps something greater?

Bucky lets go of Zemo’s throat, slowly, fingertips brushing against the skin there before he brings it back to his side. The two are turned towards each other now--Bucky more so--Zemo’s head still lying against the back of the couch, breathing heavily. “What do you mean?”
