Tim was a little confused. “We’re not going upstairs?” he asked, because he’d been expecting it, wanting it, and Hawk shook his head, patting his lap with the fingers of his free hand.
“C’mere.”
Tim went, settling himself down sideways on Hawk’s thigh.

It was good but the angle was wrong — he was twisted sideways and straining his neck just to reach. So he shifted to be a little more comfortable, turning himself so that he was fully facing Hawk, straddling one of his legs instead of sitting on it.
This time when he leaned in to kiss Hawk, Hawk moved too, shifting his thigh so it was pressing up against where Tim was painfully hard in his jeans.
Hawk smiled. “Well, well.”
______Or, Tim sits on Hawk's lap and then rides him in his chair.
