This conversation’s making him feel like he lost all energy in his body that he needs to reenergize.“Course ya don’t know! You don’t hear yerself when ya talk to him!” The blonde leans on their shared room’s doorway, his arms crossed and eyes judging. “But trust me, Samu. Yer voice completely changes when ya talk to Sunarin.”
“How?”
“It goes soft, like yer in love with him or somethin’. I call it the Sunarin voice!” Atsumu grins.
Really, Atsumu didn’t have to point that out, cause now Osamu’s well aware of the sudden change of his tone when he talks to Rintarou and it catches him off guard. He’s fucked when he realizes he only talks like that to him.

Osamu had never been quick and agile. He was grounded and solid, steady like the earth beneath his feet. He liked to think he was strong, but he was also clumsy at times. He’d never been graceful, had never known what it truly looked like until he met Suna.
“How long are you planning to stare?” asked Suna, mid-form. He pivoted and sank into a crouch, arms extended, eyes still closed.
Osamu frowned. He was half-hidden behind a pillar that ringed the courtyard, and he’d tiptoed his way over so Suna wouldn’t hear him. “How’d you know I was here?”
Suna cracked an eye open to look at him. It was the same warm gold as the sunrise. “I felt you. Earthbenders walk too heavy.”

Summary
Atsumu has a long history of pissing people off, but this time he’s gone too far. Someone wants him dead, and although he doesn’t know who or why, it becomes clear very quickly that both he and Osamu are in danger. After a couple of close calls, Kita - the Kumicho of Inarizaki - decides it’s not safe for the two of them to stay in Hyogo; not until he finds out who placed the hit and eliminates them.
Atsumu reluctantly finds himself in Tokyo, taken in by a yakuza group that’s nothing like Inarizaki. The Black Jackals are a different breed, more lethal than he’s used to, and Sakusa Kiyoomi is the worst of them all. Of course that’s who Atsumu gets stuck with, and he and Sakusa are in constant competition for who hates each other more.
Tokyo should be a safe haven but between Atsumu’s bloody new assignments, the lingering threat on his life, and all the days trapped with Sakusa, Atsumu isn’t sure he’ll make it out of Tokyo alive.
