Summary
Every time Sett sets out into the realm of the living for the Spirit Blossom festival, he’s reminded just how amazing Aphelios is. On the first day of the festival, Sett always makes sure that he’s there to watch Aphelios tear the daytime into the night, the once bright fabric of the sky being torn into the dark void of night. It’s beautiful. It’s enough to make Sett understand the Akana a bit more, why they dwell on matters of the living realm so obsessively. Even more so, it makes Sett long to invite Aphelios out to the festival.

At last, the incident around Shibuya seems to have calmed to manageable levels for the staff of Jujutsu Technical College to deal with. The aftermath is devastating, of course, and it’ll likely take many years to fully repair the damage done during all of the fights and clean up any cursed spirit residue. However, after a few weeks the whispering surrounding it has quieted dramatically, meaning that less cursed spirits are becoming born of the anguish caused.

“That’s what a ring says to you?” Kenma asked, his tone too disinterested.
“Well, it won’t dissuade the more persistent ones,” Kuroo said slowly, listening for a stutter on the controller buttons.
“Then what’s the point.” It was a statement, not a question.
“Maybe it would be just enough to keep some of these carnivorous businesswomen from pinching my butt?” Kuroo ventured.
“That didn’t happen,” Kenma said a little too quickly.
“I didn’t make it up! I swear it actually happened!” Kuroo laughed. “C’mon, Kenma.” Kuroo wiggled his ass a little, more comically than suggestively. “Look at it and tell me you wouldn’t want to pinch it.” At Kenma’s emphatic ignoring, he tried another waggle. “Kenmaaa!”
“No,” Kenma said petulantly.
“No, you won’t look at it or no you wouldn’t pinch it?”
“Both.”
“Really?”
Kenma gave a little exasperated sigh. “I’ve known you how long and have I pinched it yet?”

Summary
Childe’s heart drops to his stomach.
Leaning against the doorway is Zhongli, one unimpressed eyebrow raised as he gazes upon Childe on the bed, completely unfazed.
“Oh, is something the matter?” Zhongli asks in a nonchalant voice, not perturbed in the slightest. He crosses his arms when the answer he receives is shocked silence, his impassive expression betraying nothing of his true emotions. “No need to stop because of me.”
Oh no.
A stretch of silence passes, the two staring at each other in a standstill. The humiliation flowing through Childe peaks, and in his panic, it prompts him to open his mouth to at least try mitigate the damage.
“How… how long have you been here for?” Childe asks hoarsely as he tries to angle his bare front away from Zhongli’s piercing eyes, foolishly hoping that the consultant hadn’t seen the worst of it.
Zhongli hums contemplatively. “Some time,” he eventually says, but the growing tinge of pink on his cheeks tells Childe the truth.
Well, fuck.
